Do I need to measure myself?
No. The guide asks for chest, height, weight and a jacket that fits you well; a tape measure is optional.
What if my first jacket does not fit?
Within 30 days of delivery, worn only to try on and not altered, we replace it in your corrected size or give you up to $150 in alteration credit.
Is my size the same across collections?
Your size is a strong starting point; each silhouette fits a little differently, so the guide confirms it for the piece you choose. Your first piece in each collection is covered.
Can I change my size later?
Yes. Your fit profile updates whenever you or our team adjust it.
Can I speak to someone?
Yes. Email the House or message us on WhatsApp for fit and order questions. Your first NEDOIR order includes a one-to-one review with Nedo, arranged by private link after the order is placed.
