Every NEAPOLIS jacket is fully canvassed, as in the full-canvas tailoring of Bellucci Napoli: a floating canvas between the fabric and the lining that shapes to your chest over time, holds its line and lasts for years. Most jackets, even expensive ones, are fused: glued, stiffer, and quick to lose their shape. Full canvas has always been costly to make. Selling direct, with no middlemen, is how we make it attainable.

01How do I find my size without a fitting?
Every piece has a short size quiz. It recommends one of our 29 sizes in a few minutes. Your first piece in each style is covered by our Size No More Fit Guarantee.
02How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made only when chosen. Standard production takes about 4 weeks. Founding Circle members receive complimentary Express for a full year, delivered in about 2 weeks.
03How does the year of Express work?
Place your first order by November 15 and you become a Founding member. For the next twelve months, Express is complimentary on every order, applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in.
04What does personalization include?
Your initials, a personalized lining, and an individual garment number. Founding Circle pieces carry a Founding number from 001 to 100, while available.
05Can I choose with guidance?
Yes. Reserve 15 minutes with Nedo Bellucci. Founding Circle members also get access to our full fabric collection during the session.
06What if it doesn't fit?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery, with the piece worn only to try on and not altered. We review the fit with you, then either remake it in your corrected size or give you a $150 alteration credit. Your corrected size is saved for every future order. This covers your first piece in each style, and U.S. shipping and returns are free.
