Maison is by invitation only. Reaching 50,000 qualifies you; NEDOIR decides and sends the invitation. Your profile shows “Qualified for Maison” until the House confirms your Maison status manually. Points continue above 50,000, with no cap and no further tier.

Share your personal referral link from your existing client profile. You earn 1,000 points when your referred friend’s first order is paid and its return window has passed, using the same posting timing above.
No points for self-referral or referrals using the same email, address or payment method. The friend must be a genuinely different customer.

Can I use points towards a purchase?
No. Points are status, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred, and are never spent. They cannot be applied against a purchase.
Do my points expire or my tier go down?
Points never expire. Tier status never goes down, including after a refund. Points above 50,000 keep adding up with no cap and no further tier.
What happens if an order is refunded?
A refund removes the points that order earned. Your tier status is retained.
Are commissioned pieces included?
Design your own and special pieces unlock the right to commission. They are priced separately, not complimentary pieces. No benefit price or delivery date is promised.
How does the Maison invitation work?
Reaching 50,000 lifetime points qualifies you for consideration. Your profile shows Qualified for Maison. NEDOIR decides and sends the invitation; your status becomes Maison only after the House confirms it manually.
Can I earn points for follows, likes or reviews?
No. Points are earned from eligible purchases and qualifying referrals, not follows, likes or reviews.
